"It is all about the contacts you have"
Being able to find a professional with someone who barley knows you can be a pain in the butt. Even worst, if you ask them for time of their job in order to help you. Yeah of course, some of them might say yes, some of them might say no, or even in other cases, they might not even bother to answer you.
In my case, I had the privilege to know the C.E.O. of el "Banco Financiero", Esteban Hurtado. I sent him an e-mail today, asking him if he knew someone which I can interview about my topic. I briefly described him about my project, and he answered back very glad to have heard from me and he believes my topic is extremely relevant towards economics.
He told me that he would be able to get me an interview with Carmen Ramirez Negreiros, chief of el Banco Financiero's credit cards. He explained to her about what I am focusing on.

My expectations:
- Being able to answer my guiding question at the end of the interview.
- Leave the meeting with one or maybe more possible interviewers.
- Find out more about the 2016 Ministry of Education change in Financial Literacy course.
- Get a possible contact with the Ministry of Education.
- Get percentage rates about credit card formal and informal requests.
- How are informal requests for loans or credit cards being treated now a days.
- Possible solution for the future.
- What is known as financially literate or illiterate?

It talked about how in Peru, the Ministry of Education, are planning on letting kids at pubic school be able to learn about Financial Education during they high school years. These will start in 2016 while the curriculum will me completed by 2015. They believe that peruvians must know the value for money. It sounds very literate but, it is true. in order to understand finance, you must know the value for money.
