It is that time of the year when we do crowdsourcing grades, and you regret what you did not accomplish but you feel proud for what you have done. This happens to everyone at the I.A. However, the beauty of this event is that you get inspired by your peers to become a better you, and hopefully improve for the future. We go around our English, Business and Media grade, and get consensus from the class according to what grade you believe you deserve.
(We are still awaiting for my grades, but I want to share what I of myself on each category)

Definitely my most confident course in the IA. I love it, and I would be capable of continue taking this class for the rest of my life. However, I feel I could have done better in this segment. I could have challenged me to complete more books, and also, to share more my reading. But, I do have focused a lot more on reading online this semester -- this is something I would never do -- and I am enjoying until now. The reason why I am enjoying reading online is because there is so much information, opinion and debates about the same topic that it is a buffet of learning. Furthermore, I would agree on the fact that my presenting skills have skyrocketed due to the immense practice I had during the summer.
Hard to say what I have accomplished, and there is so little to show. It’s amazing to share your accomplishments but sometimes awful to admit your errors. Nevertheless, I do feel confident admitting my errors because I feel that it later on gets my brain straight. Without more to say, I would have enjoyed working on sometime different in Blendz this semester, but I lacked the ability to speak up. Recently, however, I have been working like never before. This week I was in charge of the Blendz sale, and it went great. Although we didn’t sell as we planned, we did what we could and everything went according to plan. I took care of everything around my sale and I was lucky enough to have a sunny day and everyone at a good mood. With this said, I am enjoying working as a Blendz sales “manager?” because I love talking to people and I believe it add so much value to the company. Furthermore, I recently went to Habla Roosevelt, and it was awesome. Again, I enjoy speaking to people and adding value to the company, and this is something that I would like to take on at some point. I just can’t be afraid of speaking up when I don’t feel comfortable at a task.
There is little to say from Domenico went it comes to Media, but I do feel my blog and the way I recognize bias is definitely at a confidence level. I try to take at least one source of media per blog, and to have one tweet per day. I am not involved at video making, but I am interested in communications as a possible carrier, and that involved camera work. Currently, I am during my internship at Pro Tv, which is a company that works for Channel 4. I’ve been involved on video production, tv making, and screen writing for the last week and I am loving it. Definitely something I never imagined I would like.
I have planned my future at Blendz, and what I want to purse for the rest of my time at school. Time will be tough at moments, but the harder the task, the bigger the reward.
And as always, thanks for reading.
