- What is the 30-day Challenge? -
Ever been laying down on your bed during summer and thinking what can I do today? Well, this is the right place for you to be. Here's something for you to do on your free time. No, it dose not consist on writing essays nor do you need to spend money, but yes, you do need to push yourself. The 30-day challenge consists on doing a certain activity for 30 days or in other words, one month. This challenge was invented for you to do something you don't always have time for, and well.
Their are millions of challenges you can overcome, today. For example, are you the sport type of person? Great! If you love sports, you can try doing a new sport for 30 days, or even, you can try something new in the sport that you love doing. I love swimming, as you may have read previously, because of this, I can try practicing a new stroke for 30 days, or try focusing on my kick or my stroke, as well.
Moreover, are you they type of person who loves to take pictures? Perfect! You can work on something called the 30-day picture challenge. It consists on take one picture a day of something awesome you see. Of course this encourages you to leave your house and start looking! This is what the 30 day challenge is all about, to start something new in your life and start setting some goals!

If you search the web, you are able to find millions of challenges that people doing and even starting today! I find it fascinating because you are the master of you challenge, you have complete autonomy behind your challenge and if you don't want to do it, your the one who's being harmed, not the rest. This world-wide challenge consists on helping people gain human capital, and to let them grow as a person for the best.

This is what I want from you, to start your 30-day challenge. Why? Because I know summer can be awesome for all of us, but what better summer than trying something new and stop watching the months go by! The challenge does not need to be to build a plane, but it should be something simple but impacting in your personal habits.
